Reimagine, rebrand, and redesign a web-based donation platform

Philanthropi provides Giving As A Serviceā„¢, which is a B2P2C enterprise solution. The platform provides a powerful new way to engage, educate, and empower the everyday philanthropist.

My Role

UX Lead + Collaborator

Provided oversight and leadership for the cross-functional teams responsible for UX, branding, and UI design.

Product Design Strategy

Set the standard for goals and outcomes for design intiatives that would meet customer and business needs.

The Challenge

The application interface was outdated and difficult to navigate

User re-engagement and retention was very low
Searching and finding charities was a difficult task
Platform nomenclature was very confusing

I spearheaded the complete revitalization of the brand and design system, orchestrating a comprehensive process that encompassed design workshops, mood boards, prototypes, and in-depth visual exploration.

Our design system encompassed a comprehensive range of interaction queues, carefully fine-tuned to guide users through their journey, ultimately enhancing engagement and usability across our digital ecosystem.
